Loculus provides AI-powered tools, interfaces, software, documentation, features, and functionality related to decentralized finance, including trading analysis, short-term and long-term portfolio construction, testnet participation, and airdrop discovery (collectively, the “Services”).

Loculus does not execute any trade, portfolio action, or transaction without the user’s explicit and conscious confirmation. All trading, portfolio creation, and execution-related actions occur solely at the user’s direction. You acknowledge that all final decisions are entirely your own responsibility.
Testnets, airdrops, and experimental features are inherently risky and may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change. Loculus does not guarantee any token distribution, reward, or economic benefit. You participate in such features entirely at your own risk.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Loculus disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and security.
